Urban Beat has four Hip Hop divisions so that we can accomodate all ages and levels of dancers (Elite, Premier, Seniors & Juniors) Urban Beat continues to performe at over 15 different events each year including; Dance Chicago (www.dancechicago.com), NexStar, Bravo!, Hall of Fame, Evanston Arts Week, Chicago Sky at UIC, Pulse Dance Convention, Lakeshore Arts Festival, Skokie Library, Walk for Hope, Best in The Midwest, Jessica Lynn LA Workshop and many more.

Our Flow Jazz company is in it's second season and is becoming a strong new team at Urban Beat Dance. They have performed at such events as; Evanston Arts Week, Lakeshore Arts Festival and Skokie Library.

Many Urban Beat Dancers have gone on to become professional dancers, teachers & choreographers in Chicago and LA. Elite company members even have the unique opportunity to become Teacher Assistants, which allows them to train under current UBD staff on how to teach and choreograph.
